                     REGISTRATION AND SUPPORT INFORMATION


THE SHAREWARE CONCEPT

  Shareware is licensed commercial software which the authors make available
  on a try-before-you-buy basis.  Users may evaluate a Shareware product for a
  period usually between 30 and 90 days, by the end of which they must either
  pay for the product (known as Registration) or stop using it.

  Copying of Shareware, subject to the above conditions, is not only allowed,
  it is encouraged.  Pass copies on to interested friends and colleagues.
  Shareware authors rely on the integrity of users to abide by the conditions
  of the license, and register the product if they want to continue using it.
  Many, like TOPline Software, also give added benefits to users who register.


ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

  This program is Shareware, and may be freely copied and distributed subject
  to the terms described in the VENDOR.TXT file.  The program may be tried out
  for up to 60 days without charge, after which time users should register it
  or cease to use it.

  Note that Shareware does not mean Freeware or Public Domain.  This program
  is licensed software, and copying or using it without paying for it, except
  as provided above, is a breach of copyright.


WHY REGISTER?

  As stated, the license for this product entitles you to try it out for up to
  60 days.  Use of the unregistered product beyond that period is a breach of
  copyright and is against the law.  But apart from the legal obligation,
  there are many benefits to be gained from registering.  You will receive:

   o  one FREE UPGRADE to the next version when available, plus
   o  the latest version of the program with no registration reminders, plus
   o  the facility to run other programs at scheduled times, plus
   o  a printed manual detailing all the features of the program, plus
   o  12 months support, plus
   o  a bonus program, plus
   o  the satisfaction of supporting value software through Shareware.


PRICING

  Single Registration is A$24.95 or US$21.95, which entitles you to all the
  benefits listed above.  Single registration gives a license for use of the
  program by one user or on one machine.
  
  Significant updates are released regularly, and unregistered copies of the
  latest version are available from TOPline Software for just a shipping
  charge of $5 each, or from many good Shareware vendors.

  All prices are subject to change without notice.


HOW TO REGISTER

  Just print and fill out the form order.txt and send with payment to
  TOPline Software at the address on the form. Alternatively, contact
  the PsL with your credit card details (see order.txt for PsL's phone
  number etc.)

SUPPORT

  Support is given to registered users for 12 months.  This includes direct
  access to the author and/or distributor by mail, phone and fax, plus
  notification of any fixes and new releases.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

  This product is licensed, not sold.  It may be freely copied and distributed
  subject to the conditions in the VENDOR.TXT file.  Unregistered users have

  or users, for extended rights to copy, or for source code.


WARRANTY

  TOPline Software warrants the physical disks and related
  printed documentation to be free of significant defects in materials and
  workmanship, and that the program works largely in accordance with its
  documentation.  This warranty is effective for three months from date of
  registration, and is not transferrable.

  No liability is accepted for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by
  the use of this product.  No warranty is made that it is suitable for any
  particular person or purpose.  If this product is useful to you then please
  register it, otherwise don't use it and don't pay for it.

  In any event, the liability of TOPline Software is restricted to either a
  refund of the registration paid, a replacement of the physical disks and/or
  printed matter, or the provision of an upgrade to the latest version.
