American Express registration can be done via fax, phone, e-mail
or US-mail.  Simply fill out this form and send it via fax,
e-mail or US-mail, or pick up the phone and call the toll-free
number with your American Express card number.

Wintronix can provide a key via fax, phone, e-mail or US-mail.

listed below.  Use whichever is most convenient for you.  Also
listed below is a form that you can fill-in and then copy and
paste into your e-mail message.
