Like thunder on the ocean
like a ripple in a wave
like a moment gone too quickly
all the words I couldn't say,
as the tree bends in the darkness
of a silent midnight wind
I recall the sentence
that I never could begin.

Like a tear thats always falling
like a raindrop in the sea

but the deafness lay with me,
