Run the file INSTALL.EXE from Windows to install.
If it does not work, you may find that you need to copy the following
files to the following destinations :
  VBRUN100.DLL  --->  C:\WINDOWS
  LZEXPAND.DLL  --->  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
