Windows.  It is a companion application to Application Timer.

To install the program, copy SLAYER.EXE and SLAYER.HLP to any
directory on your disk.  Run SLAYER.EXE using Program Manager,
File Manager, or any other program capable of launching Windows
programs to get more information on how to specify the target
window.  See help file for information on shutting down Windows
and other capabilities.
