When Lite will launch the program associated with that particular file
or a user-defined application.  This can be used in a variety of ways.
You can use it to automatically display your calander or event schedule
when it is changed.  Or you can use it to automatically copy changed
files to and from a network.  When Lite can launch applications normal,
full screen, minimized, and background.  Another nice feature available
in When Lite is that a user can simply open File Manager and select the
file(s) that he/she wishes to "monitor" and simply hold the mouse button
down and drag them onto the When Lite program window and they will
automatically be added to the list of monitored files.

This program has many potential uses.  It could monitor for files to be
printed.  It could monitor a Master Schedule and notify the manager when
one of his subordinates changes the schedule.  It could monitor a day
planner file for changes made by the secretary and pop the up the day
planner program up on the bosses' computer.  It could notify the MIS
manager of changes in important security files.  It could trigger
communication servers to send files to the home office.  It could
play sound files when certain files change.  It could notify you when
someone FINALLY sends you the file that you have asking for.  It could
let you know a compile has completed by "watching" the .EXE file.  The
possibilities are LIMITLESS.
