         Nissani, who retains all the rights therein.
 
         BesThes' non-registered copies are provided at no cost to the
         user for his appraisal.  Feel free to share it with your
         friends, but you must give it away unaltered, with all the files
         of the BesThes package intact. The license to use a
         non-registered copy is limited to a reasonable trial period.
         Using BesThes beyond this reasonable trial period requires a
         registration fee.
 
         Distribution of non-registered copies by BBSs, CD-ROMs, disk
         vendors, and user groups is free, as well as distribution to
         BBSs, disk vendors, and users groups, subject to ASP guide lines
         of "full disclosure". The price demanded for an unregistered
         copy of BESTHES to final users must not exceed US$10.
 
         In any case, BESTHES must be distributed unaltered, with all the
         files of the package intact, as they appear in the present
         BESTH155.ZIP file.

         well as the distribution of registered copies of BesThes, are
