This memo is in regard to the report issued by my department on 
Thirteen April 1991. The report is titled, "An analysis of our market 
position". Several senior staff members have raised doubts concerning 
the the quality of the report. (I contributed to the report my own 
self, so I can vouch for the contents.

In defence of the report,I would like to state that its the result 
of many long hours of freely contributed overtime. My staff has been 
praised in the past for their efforts, i.e. the analysis written last 
December, which they got the award for. I only wish those 
self-proclaimed critics could of written a report like this.
