Ok here it is the long awaited upgrade of SynOEB.

This upgrade as usual, was designed to be as easy on you as possible.  You
just need to copy the EXE files over to the directory you have set up
for SynOEB.

Due to a few changes in the configuration of the DOLLAR.EXE program you will
need to re-configure it, to do this type DOLLAR/C from the command line.
