The TIMECALC.ZIP package contains two files:  README.TXT (the file you're 
looking at right now) and TIMEINST.EXE, an executable installation program.

Copy TIMEINST.EXE into a new directory.  When you run TIMEINST, it will 
expand into two files:

--TIMECALC.EXE (the program itself)

--TIMEHELP.TXT (a one-page help screen)
