bRender v2.0h bREN is the portable stand-alone rendering and ray-tracing utility for UNIX. Aim of bRen is to give users possibility to use workstation performance to speed-up rendering of bCAD scenes and 3D Studio animations. At present time bRen is available for SGI, HP Apollo, Sun Sparc and 32-bit Intel based SCO UNIX systems. Appropriate bren_XXX.tar files contain executable and simple scene examples. Executables are evaluation versions, they are limited by size of ray-traced image which may be produced (512x512), image created by z-buffered rendering algorithm can be any size though. All files may be freely distributed on non-commercial basis with strongly requested (c) of ProPro Group.
