THE FOLLOWING FEW LINES MAY SAVE YOU TIME!!!!

     Installation procedures and File Transfer procedures
     are meant to cover situations such as new users or
     users who have very old versions of GOLFHCAP. If you
     have been using a shareware copy of GOLFHCAP and have
     some data files you wish to save you may wish to use
     the procedure discussed below.

     I believe you should back up your golfhcap files before
     you do anything!  I don't always practice what I preach
     and have at times paid dearly for it. I would suggest
     that you mount a formatted floppy disk, switch to your
     golfhcap subdirectory and type:

                       COPY *.* A: / v

     ******************************************************

                     SIMPLE INSTALL !

        1. Mount the new distribution disk on your floppy
           drive.

        2. Switch to that drive.

        3. Type COPY GOLFHCAP.EXE C:\GOLFHCAP /v
             (This statement assumes that your subdirectory
              for GolfHcap is GOLFHCAP and that your floppy
              drive is A:. Make appropriate changes if
              necessary.)

     That's all you need to do. This will preserve  your data
     files. You will not have the demo files from the new disk
     but my guess is you no longer use them anyway. Simply start
     and run the program as usual. If you feel uncomfortable with
     this short cut procedure,  by all means use the install
     program.

     If you have suggestions and/or comments I would like to hear
     them. Many of the features of this version are the result of
     things suggested by users.
