To get the custom animations to load into WebExplorer you need to either
load the file load.htm or to have it load every time you start WebExplorer.
To do this: 
1) unzip into a directory (preferably \tcpip\tmp or the same one with 
   webmap.htm)
2) Goto Configure-servers in the top menu.
3) Make sure "Load at startup?" is checked
4) Fill in "Home document URL"  with "file///drive:\path\load.htm"
   
   drive: = the drive that you put it on 
   path = the path to it


eg. file///d:\tcpip\tmp\load.htm

If the path to the webmap.htm is different than d:\tcpip\tmp\webmap.htm then
you will need to change it in load.htm.
