HISTORY.TXT - This file contains a list of major fixes in each released
              version of ALTAIR.

v1.00a - Fixed bug in code that occured when a new base was created for
         the BADECHO area.  This would result in improper data files.

         Fixed bug in file locking code on JAM bases that occurs on
         Windows 95 systems as a result of a minor inconsistency between
         API usage on that platform.

         Fixed annoying color bug under Windows 95.

         Fixed bug in SETUP that did not clear contents of certain text boxes.

         Fixed problem with RAR detection routines.
