The Visual Basic 4.0 32-Bit Runtime Module (VB40032.ZIP)
is required to run this program

To install this program, simply run the file "INSTALL.EXE".
This will copy the files to the directory of your choice and
create a Shortcut folder and icons in your WINDOWS\START MENU 
folder. If you prefer a manual installation, that is no problem, 
whatsoever. Simply run the executable files.
