This file package contains two files - the README.TXT file
that you are reading now, and the Icon Color Level utilility
named MULEVEL.EXE.

MULEVEL will allow you to use and display high-color icons
on your computer providing your video driver is running in
High-Color or True Color mode.

MULEVEL does not require any special installation or setup.
You can copy this program to any folder on your hard drive
and run it from there.

MULEVEL displays a simple dialog with a checkbox to allow you
to engage or disengage the high-color icon feature of your
Windows 95 installation.  You must then restart Windows 95
after changing this option to allow the new setting to take
effect.

This utility is part of the Microangelo(tm) software package
for Windows 95.  Microangelo was specifically designed to
work with icons and cursors used by Windows 95.  It allows
you to access more icons than any other software utility
(anywhere), in all sizes and color formats including the
latest high-color icons.
