This page is your first source for technical information about the Agent newsreader products. It contains the latest information on releases, known and fixed bugs, answers to FAQ's, tips for using the product, and anything else that we think will help our user community. We'll be updating it frequently, so it should be the first place you look when you have a question or a problem.
Free Agent users should note that our customer support policies have changed now that the beta trials have ended. While we would like to continue to provide the level and quality of support established during the beta trials, we will be unable to do this for all the people who are using Free Agent at no cost. As a result, we will only be able to provide direct technical support via email to Agent .99 customers. We will continue to monitor specific newsgroups frequented by Free Agent users on both Usenet and CompuServe.
