Ver. 1.0  The initial shareware release.

Ver. 1.1  Added the ability to define values for unprotected honors.  Version
          1.0 arbitrarily assigned 3 points for an unprotected King, two
          points for an unprotected Queen, and one point for an unprotected
          jack.
          Fixed a bug that caused a General Protection Fault sometimes when
          the user loaded a previous deal before doing any dealing.
Ver. 1.2  Corrected program to show proper screen alignments with any screen
          resolution and font driver. The best resolution is 640 X 480,small.
          Enabled the opening hand point counting drill.
Ver. 2.0  Enabled most of the functions available to the registered version
          but limited the days that the program will run.
