Is DIALW compatible with Windows95?   Well, not entirely.  The program
will install, and the program group and icons are created OK, and the
program _should_ work,  but to be honest, I have not really tested
it out yet.

What doesn't work are the event sounds.  Under Windows 3.1, DIALW
sound events are created by adding them to WIN.INI.  WIN95 doesn't
store its sound events in WIN.INI, so this just doesn't work.  Of course,
these sounds are not necessary, they are just cute gimmicks.

Will DIALW be upgraded to be completely compatible with WIN95?
Probably, but not necessarily very soon.  Keep watching this space.
