This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
who wish to distribute the NuMorse 1.30 package, including an extract from
the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

                               Distribution

The complete license agreement is contained in the file LICENSE.TXT.

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of NuMorse:

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations, for any copies of NuMorse, however made; and from
distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
(commercial or otherwise) without written permission from the
author, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the
Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to
redistribute NuMorse, subject to the conditions in this license,
without specific written permission from the author.
(Written permission to redistribute IS normally granted, however)

Other Information

Requirements:  Windows 3.1 or later. Does NOT require any VBRUN files. ZIPped
files are about 900K. Some Borland redistributable files are included in the
package. System files are in COMPRESSed form, the install program uncompresses
and copies files to a user selected location. A program group is generated by
the install program.

Registration:  $29 or equivalent, a software key is available to registered users
to remove the opening screen and allow operation at up to 48WPM. The fee is payable
by cheque to the author at the address shown. Compuserve subscribers may use the
online registration facility (GO SWREG); the registration ID for NuMorse is 1721.
Payment may be made by credit card via NorthStar Solutions. Details are in the
README.TXT file.
