    INTRODUCTION:
         Jiffy Viewer 3.0 is a 256+ color image viewer for Windows 3.1+.
    With this program you may view, edit, convert, and print image files
    in GIF, PCX, DCX, BMP, DIB, TIF, TGA, JPG, WMF, WPG, EPS, and WMF
    formats.  Other features include context sensitive help and "slide
    show" style viewing.  
    
    
    REQUIREMENTS:
         Jiffy Viewer requires the following hardware and software:
    
         *    Windows 3.1 or later 
         *    An installed 256 color or better display driver 
         *    VBRUN300.DLL (available separately) 
    
         A printer is optional. A proper printer driver must be installed
    in Windows before you can print images with this program.  
    
    
    INSTALLATION:
         Install Jiffy Viewer by placing all the files from the archive in
    a temporary directory on your hard drive. Run the program SETUP.EXE
    and follow the prompts.
    
    
    UNINSTALLING:
         Jiffy Viewer fully supports the Windows 95 Control Panel
    uninstall applet. Select Add/Remove software from Control Panel,
    highlight Jiffy Viewer 3.0 and click the Remove button.
    
         For those still trudging along with Windows 3.xx, Setup puts an
    uninstall icon in the Jiffy Viewer program group. Clicking this icon
    causes Jiffy to uninstall itself.
    
    
    OPERATION:
         Double-click Jiffy Viewer's icon to start the program in Windows
    3.xx. In Windows 95, select Jiffy from Start, Programs, Jiffy Viewer,
    Jiffy .  The main screen appears.  Jiffy Viewer's concept and
    operation is simple.  Just use the standard file browsing controls to
    select an image file to view.  Then, either double click the file
    name, click on the View button, or highlight the file name and press
    Enter to view the image.  The image is shown on the screen in its own
    window.  
    
         Clicking the right mouse button on the image pops up a menu of
    available functions without having to return to the main window.  
    
         More complete help is available at any time by pressing the F1
    key. You may also search for a help topic.
    
    
    DRAG AND DROP SUPPORT:
         Jiffy Viewer accepts image files dropped from File Manager or
    Explorer. Highlight one or more image file names in either File
    Manager or Explorer, drag them to Jiffy Viewer's icon (if minimized)
    or Jiffy's main window, and let go. Jiffy displays the files using the
    current settings.
    
    
    SUPPORT:
