(Programmers like to do this before distributing files). There are 2 modes, Select and List. Select ------ Select the "Select" option button. Click the "Get Selection" button and select one or more files. Click on a file to select it. To select more than one file, hold the mouse button down while dragging the mouse over the desired files, or click on individual files while holding the Ctrl button down. Click "OK", then click the "Do It" button. List ---- Create a file called "filelist.txt" that lists the files you want to date stamp. Put one file on a line and include the complete file path, i.e., "C:\DOS\MYFILE.TXT". Place filelist.txt in the same directory that FDT.EXE is in. Select the "List" option button, then click "Do It". FDT is distributed as shareware. If you like the program you should register it. The cost is only $5. This price will remain in effect for at least 1 year. Registered users will receive a code number which will eliminate the "nag" screen delay. This program may be freely distributed in the original zipped format. To install FDT, copy FDT.EXE and REGISTER.TXT to any subdirectory from which you wish to execute it. This program requires VBRUN300.DLL to be in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. If yo do not have VBRUN300.DLL, you can get it from most BBS's, (probably from where you got FDT. The files THREED.VBX and CMDIALOG.VBX are also required and can be placed either in the same directory with FDT.EXE or in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. If these files are already in your Windows or Windows system directory, you may not need the files I am supplying. To register, send the required fee to the address below, indicating the program you are registering. For your convenience, a registry form (register.txt) is included. Please type or print your information clearly. The author makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the suitability of this product for any given task. Robert Wilcox 920 N.
