4. VAT is not  charged for orders from NON UK/EC
   countries such as the US and Canada.
5. VAT is charged at zero rate for orders from the EC *only* if
   you supply your VAT registration number with this order.
6. On receipt of your payment you will be sent your
   registration number and a VAT receipt.
