RT Edit(TM) Support Policy



You may obtain free technical support for RT Edit for at least a period 
of three months following the date of your registration.  You may send mail 
describing your request for answers or support to:

   May be direct or answering machine -- Leave name (as registered) and 
       telephone number for a reply. 

MLK Software will answer your questions and attempt to solve problems
that affect your use of RT Edit when you are registered and less than
three months have elapsed since your registration date.  If the problem is
judged to be platform dependent and not amenable to solution in a 
reasonable time period, MLK Software may elect to refund your registration
fee.

If the three month support time has elapsed but you are registered, MLK
Software will attempt to answer questions posed by telephone if you 
pay for the call.  For problem correction after the 3 month free support 
period, call for details.
