Welcome to CEDIT, a full-screen OS/2 2.x Norton Editor compatible text editor.
This editor is freeware, this means that you are free to use this program
and distribute the original ZIP file. See LICENSE for detailed information.
Start the editor with 'cedit <filename.ext>' and press F1 for help.


FEATURES

- 32 bit OS/2 2.x application
- Long filename support
- Edits files up to 50Mb
- Unlimited line length
- Unlimited number of lines
- Allows editing of binary files
- Supports LF only text files


INSTALLATION

Copy CEDIT.EXE to a directory in your path and copy EDENGINE.DLL to a
directory in your LIBPATH (e.g. C:\OS2\DLL).


BUGS/LIMITATIONS

- It is not possible to search for the 'þ' character
- No detailed manual or instructions are provided
