This file is the Knowledge Base help file.  You will need WINHELP.EXE that is 
supplied with Windows and can be found in your Windows directory.  To add this
to your program group, select the File menu from Program Manager. From the File
menu, choose New.  A dialog box will display, choose Item. Add the following 
arguments to the dialog:

Description: Access KB
Command Line: WINHELP.EXE <path>\ACC-KB.HLP

or in the case of ACC-UP.HLP:

Command Line: WINHELP.EXE <path>\ACC-UP.HLP



where <path> is the path to where you have placed this Access Knowledge 
Base file.
