The enclosed program THETIMEE.EXE is a free demonstration version of our
product THE TIME IS...  You are granted a non-exclusive right to use this
program for a 14-day trial period, after which time you must register or
delete the program and its accompanying files.  This program was written
in Microsoft Visual Basic for Windows and requires Microsoft Windows 3.1
and the Visual Basic Runtime Library to function (VBRUN100.DLL).
VBRUN100.DLL has not been included.  If you do not already have VBRUN100.DLL,
you must obtain it before you can run THETIMEE.EXE.  Most computer networks
have this file available for just such purposes.  As this program uses
standard MCI calls available in Windows 3.1 to play the sound files, you
must have Windows 3.1 to use this program.  We hope you find the this demo
helpful in your decision to purchase THE TIME IS...!

is included at no extra cost.  Upon registering, we will ship you the latest
version of The Time Is...  Please be sure to specify disk size and whether
you want the male or female voice for the talking clock and date functions.

To run THETIMEE.EXE, select NEW from the PROGRAM MANAGER FILE MENU.  Enter
the valid path and file name, and select OK.  Double-click the "The Time
Is..." icon.  (NOTE: You must have the VBRUN100.DLL library in your current
path or the directory which contains THETIMEE.EXE).
