README FILE FOR CLINTON_TAX Release 2.0

August 27, 1993

CLiNTon_TaX is a spreadsheet that calculates the effects of changes
in the provisions of the personal income tax system on an individual's 
or family's estimated income and social security taxes for 1993 and 1994.
Release 2.0 is based on the revised tax code as passed by Congress and 
signed by President Clinton this month.

There are two ZIP files, one for Excel or Lotus 1-2-3 and one for Improv.
The files and their contents are:

(Although prepared in Excel for Windows, recent Macintosh versions of Excel
should be able to read the XLS file.)
