If the file you obtained is either DRTIME30.Zip or DRTIME30.EXE then
you must read the following:

For those who have obtained Dr TimeClock from a BBS there is a special 
file NOT INCLUDED in the above archives. This file is VBRUN300.DLL and
is absolutely neccessary to both install and to run Dr TimeClock. The 
file is available from most BBS services as a separate archive or is 
included with the registered edition of the program. The VBRUN300.DLL file
is quite large and since many of you who download Windows programs 
already have the file it has been left out for space/size considerations.

If you have VBRUN300.Dll on your PC , installing Dr TimeClock is simple:

1) Extract the entire archive to a temporary directory.
2) Go to the file manager in MS Windows and select Run from the File menu
3) type the drive and path where you put Dr TimeClocks files plus Setup (for
   example c:\temp\Setup ) and press Enter.
4) The setup program will copy the compressed files into a directory and take
   things from there.
