To install Mortgage Doctor For Windows perform the following steps:
1. Start Windows
2. Click on FILE which is located near the top left corner of the screen 
3. Click on Run
4. Type c:\directory\MDSETUP (directory must be the name of the directory
   which you downloaded the Mortgage Doctor into (C:\WAOL\DOWNLOAD\MDSETUP),
   then press Enter
5. Follow the directions from the setup program
6. Click on Window and then Tile or Cascade to neatly arrange 
   your program groups
