Suggested Installation Instructions:

    1) Make a new directory on the C drive:
           C:>mkdir exactime

    2) Unzip the software to the new directory.
       Assuming that exactime.zip  software is in the C:\xyz
       directory, and that the PKUNZIP program is located
       in a directory in your autoexec.bat PATH statement:
           C:>PKUNZIP C:\xyz\extime.zip C:\exactime

    3) Go into Windows Program Manager and add a program item
       for the VLSI Exact Time program, under any group as follows:
          a) Under Program Manager, click the group you choose.
          b) Under the File menu, click New.
          c) Under New Program Object, click Program Item, click OK. 
          d) Under Program Item Properties:
               Description:       Enter VLSI Exact Time
               Command Line:      Enter C:\exactime\exactime.exe
               Working Directory: Enter C:\exactime
          e) Click the Change Icon button.
          f) Under Change Icon:
               File Name:         Enter C:\exactime\earth.ico, click OK
          g) Click OK, the program item will appear as earth within
             the program group you selected.

Registration: Register this product, using the Compuserve ShareWare 
              library registration procedure, if you got your copy
              from Compuserve. Or, if you prefer, select the Owner 
              Registration procedure menu item when you run this
              program, and you may register the product automatically.
