Hot Spot! Version 1.0c

1. The corner sensitivity has been reduced slightly to lessen
   the likelihood of invoking the screen saver inadvertently.

2. The different tone beeps in version 1.0b appeared to be 
   incompatible with the Microsoft multimedia speaker driver 
   for Windows 3.1.  Hot Spot! 1.0c now beeps once when 
   "prevent mode" is entered and twice in succession when 
   "prevent mode" is exited.  All beeps are the same tone.
