SYMPTOMS
========

The game Duke Nukem runs at about 75 percent of its normal speed under
Windows NT. 

CAUSE
=====

This problem is caused by the way Duke Nukem issues interrupts by
increasing the timer rate.
 
STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version
3.1. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
