Thank you  for  downloading  DC File,   the second in a series of quality
products  scheduled  for  release  this  year.    We hope  you enjoy this
shareware version,  and that you will register your copy of DC File which
will entitle you to our complete  package  including a  published  User's
Manual,  better graphics, faster disk logging and more.   For imformation
regarding registration please read the text file "Register.txt" 
                     

DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM
----------------------

DC File is a intuitive file management  utility  for  windows that makes
copying and moving  files  easier  for the beginner as well as providing 
unique  tools  for  the more  experience PC user.  DC File allows you to 
click and drag files,  multiple files, directories or multiple director-
ies  to  the same  disk or other  disks.  With DC File, you can view two 
drives at the same time by simply selecting the drives at the top of the 
program. 


INSTALLATION
------------

Once you have downloaded and uncompressed  DC File you should  have five
files. These include: DCFILE.EXE, INSTALL.EXE, MANUAL.TXT, REGISTER.TXT,
and  README.TXT.  To install DC File,  run  windows  and select the Pull
Down Menu "File". Now select "Run" and type in the correct path and file
name where the install program is located.

                Example:  b:\install or c:\modem\recieve\install

DC File's install program will now create the Program Group "DC File" and
will place three program icons in this group.  These include: The program
DC File, a manual document, and a registration document.  


STARTING DC FILE
----------------
Once DC File has been installed, you can start DC File by double clicking
the left mouse button on the DC File icon.
