Hewlett Packard LaserJet format manual:

To print this manual run each executable to expand the chapter.
Then for each chapter use the following DOS command:

COPY CHAPTERx LPT1: /b

This does a binary copy of the file to your laser printer port.

It will take about a minute for the first page to print (it is graphics)
after that each page should follow in about 15 seconds.

You will need about 1.5 Mb of disk space free to hold the manual.
