This is a windows program.  In order to run this program
you will need Microsoft Windows 3.0 or higher.

		Installation
*********************************************************
To install this program onto your computer you should unzip
all the files onto a floppy, if you have a high density floppy.
Other wise you could unzip the files into a temporary directory
on your hard drive. The List of Files that should be on this
floppy or hard drive are as follows:

SETUPKIT.DL_
VBRUN200.DL_
VER.DL_
SETWFUEL.EX_
WINFUEL.EX_
SETUP.EXE
WINFUEL.HL_
SETUP.LST
README.TXT
MSMASKED.VB_
THREED.VB_

**IF YOU UNZIPPED THE FILES ONTO A FLOPPY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS**
After you have these files on a floppy, start windows
if you are not running in windows already.

Insert this disk in drive A
In the Program Manager, choose Run from the File menu
Type a:setup and press Enter

**IF YOU UNZIPPED THE FILES ONTO YOUR HARD DRIVE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS**
Let us assume that you have unzipped these files onto your
C drive into a directory called TEMP.  On the Program Manager there is a
command RUN found under the FILES menu item.  Run prompts you for a 
program name to run enter the following "C:\TEMP\SETUP.EXE" (do not enter
quotes) and press the enter key.  If you unzipped your files to a 
different drive than C or a different directory you need to make the
necessary changes.  An alternative method you could use, especially if
you are in DOS and Windows is not loaded yet would be to make the current
directory the directory you unzipped the files into.  Type "win setup" 
(do not enter quotes) and press the enter key.

The setup program copies and expands the files that the
program needs into the correct directorys on your hardrive,
sets up a WinFuel Group and Icons in your Program Manager
ready for your use.  Double Click on the WinFuel Icon 
and you are away.

When you run WinFuel for the first time, it will run the setup
procedure.  This is to setup the defaults, if you are unsure of
any operation just press F1 and help will popup pertaining to 
what it is you are working on.
