This is Win32s version 1.1.  It allows 32-bit Windows programs
which do not use Windows NT-specific features to run under
Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups.  I am providing it
specifically for use with my shareware Internet mailer program
VanceMail! which can be found in the file vmail104.zip.  It is
the same Win32s that can be used by other 32-bit Windows 
programs.

To install it, unzip the file win32s11.zip onto a floppy or
into an empty directory.  From Windows 3.1 or Windows for 
Workgroups run SETUP.EXE.  Win32s also includes a 32-bit game
called freecell.  It is similar to, but more fun than the
normal Windows solitare game.
