Outboard is a multi-user Visual Basic for Windows application,
designed to run on Novell or Windows for Workgroups Networks,
that will let up to 10 users track each others whereabouts.

It is an electronic representation of and was inspired by
the old chalkboard or dry-erase boards found in most offices
where there is a need to know where a person is at any time
of the day.

To install Outboard, run the OBSETUP.EXE program.  It will let
you select the destination directory and extract all needed
files to their appropriate location.

Please read the README.TXT file (installed in the directory
where you install the program files) before running Outboard.
This will describe how to customize Outboard for your
workgroup.

A USRSETUP.EXE program is included, to facilitate Program
Manager Group and Icon Setup for Outboard users.
