This version fixes a bug loading Program Manager(TM). Programs like Plug-In (TM) will allow users to bypass loading Program Manger(TM). Top Task now checks if Program Manager(TM) needs to be loaded when you select the quick access button for Program Manager(TM).

The Agreement screen now allows other programs to display there copyright/information screens without locking up.

I have done extensive work fixing all know bugs within Top Task window manager. Top Task should resize all application windows correctly.

I have added a feature that resets all application windows when you exit Top Task. Some programs remember their previous size. America Online's (TM) program is a good example of this. This reset feature is really for people who no longer want to use Top Task. To reset an application just run Top Task and the problem application than exit Top Task (not windows). Top Task will rest the application window and exit.
