Blind Mellon Software Setup

Unzip the contents of the zip file into a directory and
execute Setup.exe from Windows.

This program requires VBRUN300.dll be present in your system directory,
if you don't have this file the setup will not execute, you can get this file
from any BBS, Compuserve WINSHARE, America on line.

 Clip Watcher may be registered in the compuserve SW Registration
     GO SWREG and enter ID# 4437, the cost of the registration will be added to your
     Compuserve Bill. Compuserve will notify me and I will forward your registration number via
     Email if possible, else U.S. Mail.
