Short Description: Message reminder program.

Have you ever forgotten a birthday? How about that anniversary or other
special occasion? Well, you can put your brain to rest, PC-Nag has come
to the rescue!

This program lets you save reminder messages on your computer. Every
morning when you turn your computer on you get reminded of things. Just
like a spouse, but it costs less and in-laws don't come with it.

You can have messages pop up every year, month, week, day, or every
certain number of days. You can also make it show you the message any
number of days (and times) before it occurs. For example, if your
mother's birthday is on June 2, you would set a message to pop up on
6/2. But being reminded on the exact day of the event does not give a
person much preparation. With our software, like any good nag, you will
be reminded as many days, or times, before that specific date as you
wish.

But what if you don't turn on your computer until after all these
reminders have passed? Don't worry, if you don't turn on your computer,
PC-Nag just holds the message over to the next day. None of this hit
and miss stuff that certain other software packages leave you with.

Just as a bonus, PC-Nag comes with a year's worth of mostly humorous
daily sayings. Only one per day, so it will take more than a year to
read them all! Of course you can turn them off, for those who are
easily offended.


VENDOR LICENSING AGREEMENT:

Anyone may distribute this program as long as all files are included
and unaltered. Retail (Rack Sales) distribution requires permission
from Progressive Products. Retail Rack Sellers please mail or fax a letter
to the above address outlining the method of your distribution.

No price or compensation may be charged for this program except for a 
distribution fee that does not exceed $9.00. For cases of CD-ROM, 
the distribution fee is calculated as the price of the CD-ROM divided by the number
of products on the CD-ROM. You may add files provided the files clearly indicate 
that they are not part of the original program.

Progressive Products reserves the right to revoke all distribution rights
for unregistered copies of this product from an party at any time for any
reason. However, unless you have been specifically informed of this,
and if you are a distributor other than a Retail Rack Seller,
you may distribute this product without requesting permission.
