Let me introduce you to our new E-zine, "The Underground 
Review and Other Interesting Stuff" (TUR). Every sysop who 
carries the "International Online Magazine" has been 
provided an executable file that contains TUR. The magazine 
is designed to be downloaded and run off-line (we decided on 
an off-line format for the added flexibility that it 
provides). The file name is TUR01A.ZIP. Once the file is 
unzipped, the command to run the file is TUR01A.  
   Each issue of "The Underground Review" will feature an 
obscure magazine or a book that our editorial staff thinks 
you will find of interest. TUR will endeavor to unearth 
publications that will be both interesting and instructive. 
Our goal is to bring you provocative information that is not 
readily available to the average person, interesting stuff 
from the "underground press."
   This issue of "The Underground Review" (Vol. 1 No. 1) 
features the "AntiShyster" whose stated purpose is to "take a 
critical look at the American legal system." Believe me, 
this is an understatement! This issue covers a broad 
spectrum of interesting topics from the massacre at Waco to 
questioning the need for both lawyers and licenses.
