Unique Identifier : AIDSLINE MED/95136691 AB A 26-year-old black man with acquired immune deficiency syndrome and disseminated cryptococcosis presented with multiple small white vesiculopustular skin lesions on the face, trunk, and upper extremities mimicking varicella. To our knowledge, this is a novel presentation of cutaneous cryptococcal infection. A review of the morphologic variations seen in cutaneous Cryptococcus infections in patients with and without acquired immune deficiency syndrome is also presented.
