This file is compiled using Help.  In order to view this file load it as
a new program item in a windows program group of your choice.  Or using
Filemanager just double click on the file and winhelp will take it from
there. Please keep in mind that this is a WINHLP program, all UNDERLINED
GREEN TEXT is a JUMP to additional information.  This issue is in a new 
format, making it a little easier to use. In March an entirely new version
of the software will be used.  I will attempt to incorporate new
technology with animation and a more realistic publishing approach.
