CORRECTIONS
  
  In preparing this electronic edition for DharmaNet, some minor changes
  and corrections were made to the original text. These include changing
  the spellings of certain words from British to American English and
  adapting punctuation and style to conform more closely to the Chicago
  Manual of Style (13th edition) guidelines.

  In addition, the following changes were made to the text (the symbol
  "---->" reads "was changed to"):

   p.i (Preface), footnote:
        one and half miles ----> one and one-half miles
     &  over quarter mile ----> over one-quarter mile

   p.13, line 8 up:
        then to trust ----> than to trust

   p.20, middle:
        Master Eckehart ----> Meister Eckehart

   p. 27, line 7:
        Gotamo, the Buddha ----> Gotama, the Buddha

   p. 36, middle:
        Gotamo Buddho ----> Gotama Buddha

   p. 55, line 8 down:
        Lord and Master Gotamo ----> Lord and Master Gotama

   p. 55, last line:
        hardly 3:4 meter ----> hardly 3X4 meters
