The keys for piece manipulation are as follows: key | use in play ---------------------------------- 4 (left arrow) | for moving piece left 6 (right arrow) | for moving piece right 2 (down arrow) | for sliding piece down 7 (home) | for spinning piece counter | clockwise 9 (PgUp) | for spinning piece clockwise escape | pauses game, brings up a menu | with options to return to | game, start a new game, or | exit to dos. s | sound toggle switch(on/off) n | next piece display toggle(on/off) The preceding are the default keys for manipulation of the pieces. At the main menu, you may choose to change them by selecting the "controls" option. Another menu will come up, giving you the ability to change the controls for spinning, sliding, and dropping the pieces. If you choose to use the number pad, it doesn't matter whether or not you have the number lock on. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- SCORING THE GAME -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scoring is based on how many lines you get at once, and what level you are on.
