Description             : The U.nited A.llied C.onfederation's 3rd major space
                          outpost, located on a large asteroid in the middle
                          of the Ort Cloud. It is heavily armed, in case of
                          an attack. Incedently, it also makes a great death-
                          match level...It's real small but dense, packed
                          with lots of big weapons and powerups. Even though
                          it is small, there are lots of places to go and
                          they all sort of interconnect through the under-
                          ground system of tunnels. This system of tunnels
                          also enables some truly awesome escapes, chases, and
                          suprises...you can never be sure your enemy isn't
                          just around the corner...
