To grab your first mail packet :

1-) Pick a HUB from the MEMEBER.LST file that you wish to pull mail from.
2-) Log on to the HUB BBS and download DNET.QWK and DNETCFG.ZIP
3-) If you wish to pull mail via a frontend mailer you must incoporate
    the dNet.??? nodelist included in this archive into your Mailer
    and Netmail the MAILER.APP to your chosen hub.
