The X-Win32 files have been pkzipped.  They are self-extracting.

1. Place xdemo32.exe in C:\xwin32 on the pc.  Then type:

	xdemo32 -d

2. Once you have self-extracted the files, copy:

	vbrun300.dll	to	\windows
	xwin32.ini	to	\windows

3. Create a new Windows program items for:

	xwin32.exe	X-Win32
			c:\xwin32\xwin32.exe
			c:\xwin32

	xutil.exe	X-Utility
			c:\xwin32\xutil.exe
			c:\xwin32

Note
----
Sessions are created and edited using X-Util.

Sessions are started by clicking on the X-Win32 icon to get
a pop-up menu - then selecting Sessions - then the desired
session.

This version is shipped with .fon files, but does support
.pcf files.  If you have .bdf files, they can be converted
into .fon or .pcf files.  Fonts with greater than 256
characters will have to be converted into .pcf fonts.

Known Problems
--------------
The bdftofon font compiler is still flaky.  It seems to
work better under NT than with Win32s.  Fixed fonts seem
to compile pretty well, but variable width fonts may not
be correct.  The bdftopcf font compiler seems stable and
produces correct fonts.  They are not as fast, but right.
