Changed all screen I/O to use DOS calls rather than direct
screen writes.  (This should make DesqView users very happy.
I know I'm alot happier now.)

Fixed a bug in the ASCII file generation routines where an
abnormal end could occur if no file name was given for the
non-ANSI file.

Changed the default answer to the question about wheather or
not to produce a non-ANSI file to yes.  This should make
things a little easier for SysOps that have both ANSI and
non-ANSI files generated every time.

Added the ability to include a header and a footer file that
does not get processed by BarPaper.  This will be very useful
for creating files that must be read, or adding things to the
end of the files generated without reformatting the
additional text.

First actual release.
Basically just generates the ANSI and non-ANSI output files.
